Religious medal

An 18 carat white and yellow gold religious medal, with mother of pearl depicting the Madonna with praying hands crowned by a sapphire halo; small rose-cut diamonds in the open work surrounded by small natural pearls with a rose-cut diamond on the top near the loop. Size 5,5-3,5 cm. Initials and date engrave in the back of the mother-of-pearl.
